Africa Enflame is a global initiative of MANonFIRE created to empower African leaders to bring Christ-centered change to their communities. In 2025, we provided soccer goals for a community in Mwanza, Tanzania, creating a space for connection, play, and discipleship. In February 2026, we began supporting Faraja Orphanage in Arusha by providing funds to help feed and care for the children who call Faraja home.

We are inviting 30 people to give $20 each month (or a one time donation of $240) for one year, providing consistent meals for the children at Faraja Orphanage. At times, the orphanage experiences food insecurity, and when its resources run low, the children feel the impact immediately. Together, we can help prevent these shortages and provide reliable access to daily meals. Just 30 people giving $20 can meet one month’s need—and a yearlong commitment can provide an entire year of care.

MEET FARAJA
Faraja Orphanage cares for approximately 200 children in Arusha, Tanzania. It is led by Faraja, whose name means “comfort” in Swahili—a beautiful reflection of the heart behind his work. The orphanage provides children with healthcare, education, nourishment, and a loving home, bringing stability and hope into their lives. Because Faraja operates entirely through donations, the generosity of others is essential to sustaining the care these children receive.
It is clear that God is expanding MANonFIRE’s mission into Arusha, Tanzania. One of the most powerful moments of our recent trip was discovering how God had used a previous donation in a way we could never have anticipated. When MANonFIRE sent support to Faraja Orphanage in February, we had no idea how urgently it was needed.
Faraja shared that just one week earlier, he had called Pastor Kachunga asking for prayer because the orphanage was running dangerously low on food and other essential resources. When supplies run out, the children go hungry. Without knowing about this need, we felt led to send financial support—and it arrived at exactly the right time to provide food for the children.
Faraja Orphanage believes deeply in the power of prayer. After witnessing God’s provision firsthand, we believe a continued partnership with Faraja is part of His unfolding plan for Africa Enflame.
